In 2005, Kanoon invests its resources to fund blind students for the first time in Iran’s history. Due to this scholarship, all blind students in the country can use Ghalamchi Foundation scholarship, which includes Kanoon exams, special educational consultancy, Kanoon books equipped with multimedia facilities, and Kanoon long-term educational planning in audio platform, for free.
Kanoon conducts exams for blind students in equipped exam fields. Expert Personal Tutors consult blind students about their academic future and help them choose a suitable major in university according to their abilities.These are Kanoon pupils, who achieved stunning results in Concour, 2013.
This table shows the only Iranian blind students, who are accepted in university with help of Kanoon. Since 2009, Kanoon's scholarships has supported four hundred and thirty four blind students to achieve higher levels of education.
