Who were Kanoon first students:
Nowadays, hundreds of thousands of students take part in Kanoon Developmental Assessments, turning this event in to a countrywide phenomenon. The primary reason behind the growth of our educational method is the reception of the first special cohort of our students. Characteristically, these students could be categorised in two groups:

The first group were confident students with high self-esteem, to whom self-reliance and self-learning were the key ingredients of success. They believed in the important role of planning. One student that best exemplified this group was a young graduate dropout, who enrolled at Kanoon, after his military service with the final school result of 12 (equivalent of D). However, to everyone surprise, he was accepted in dentistry at Tehran University, due to his hard work, and self-determination.

The second group were the students that had the privilege of having educated and cultured parents, who believed in the importance of educational strategy making, self-learning, and systematic education. During the early years of our work, we witnessed many teachers, and university professors, confidently enrolling their children in Kanoon's Developmental Examinations. The trust of these parents, who were already familiar with the field of education, reinforced our belief in Kanoon's educational method. Of course, other types of students later joined Kanoon, but these two specific groups were always distinctive and outstanding; for us, their support was a sign, confirming the accuracy of our method.
