• It’s a good opportunity to effectively plan for the next two weeks
• Parents are at home on weekends and they can talk with their children after the results are reported

The Miracle of Colours in Kanoon Developmental Assessment's Results:
"Colours give meaning to our world. They are used to satisfy various purposes, from fashion to relaxation. However, in Kanoon, colours are used in a different way. One’s instinctual choice of a colour tells you how they function and how others see them. This choice is a mean to understand human behavior, characteristic traits, as well as physical, mental, emotional and spiritual states. It reflects the way people operate in the world, their strengths, weaknesses, vulnerabilities, needs and the challenges they face at each period of their life.
Here in Kanoon, colors are used in an innovative way. Imagine you take a test and you want to compare yourself with others. In this case, what you need is a set of criteria for evaluation, which is a statistical mean, identifying the middle or average point of a representative sample of participants’ results in the exam. In this regard, if your grade is higher that the mean then you are classified as above the average, otherwise you are below the average. In Kanoon we also have a Criterion Referred Test, which means that you must meet this criteria in our Developmental Assessments to be able to pass University Entry Examination (called Concour) and be accepted in a specific major in a certain university.
In Kanoon’s Developmental Assessments, the percentage you achieve in each subject will be normalized based on the degree of difficulty of those questions. As a result, to have a comparative evaluation of yourself, you must receive your grades, in form of data that is a bunch of numbers and percentages. The problem is that this data need to be sorted appropriately by each student, to become meaningful. To clarify the statistical meaning behind each number, we in Kanoon classify the numbers and allocate a colour to each category. Thus, the upper grades are identified by “blue”, good grades “green”, average grades “yellow”, and below average are presented by “red”. Hence, at a glance you can see your results and see your strengths and weakness to plan your future studies.
This is the miracle of colours in Kanoon Developmental Assessments’ results!"
